TablEdit is a program to create, edit, print and listen to
As a tablature editor, produces and prints, and musical notation staves. It also plays back on by a MIDI device (or the internal PC speaker if you do not have a sound card). This makes it easy to proof your tab or familiarize yourself with a tune.
TablEdit open and import ASCII, MIDI, ABC, and TabRite Tabestry files. Files can be saved in TablEdit format or exported to ASCII or MIDI formats.
TablEdit includes a basic chord builder which you can individually edit chord diagrams. It manages solo and duets tablatures.
TablEdit manages up to 16 instruments 3-7 strings.
In standard mode, the main screen is divided into two parts, the upper part shows the stave, and the lower part shows the tablature. Each shows the guests with their own characteristics and limitations (fingering and special effects in the Details tab, note duration and dynamics in the stave).
You can take notes in either the bar or the tab. Any changes in the register are in the stave (and vice versa) is reflected. If you do not want to see the musical notation stave, it can process are hidden for full screen tablature.
The toolbar and the five floating palettes provide easy access to the most frequently used functions. The scaled ruler and mobile, you can navigate through the score and the scores in the right place.
